Collecting of scholarship decisions - a right to appeal waver

We would like to inform you that administrative decisions regarding granting or not granting benefits - scholarships or reliefs have been issued in the USOSWeb system.

We kindly ask you to collect them urgently. People who received positive decisions and will collect them by 22.11.2024 will have their scholarship paid in November - as described below.

In order to speed up the process of paying out the rector's scholarships, scholarships for disabled people, social scholarships and reliefs, we encourage people who were granted these benefits to waive their right to appeal. Thus, the administrative decision granting the benefit becomes final and the University may make the payment in November 2024.

In case of waiting for the decision to become final in the normal manner, the payment will be made in December with an appropriate compensation.

The procedure:

  • After receiving the administrative decision regarding the granting of the benefit, the student in the USOSWeb system in the For All -> Applications -> List of administrative letters section selects the document "Student's declaration of waiver of the right to file an appeal", downloads it from the website, fills it in, saves it as a PDF document.
  • The student signs the downloaded, filled out PDF document with a qualified signature or a trusted signature (https://moj.gov.pl/nforms/signer/upload?xFormsAppName=SIGNER).
  • The signed declaration is attached by the student to the e-application (General application) via the USOSWeb system as an attachment.

In the event of problems with signing the application, it is possible, as an exception, to deliver a printed and hand-signed application to the Dean's Office for Student Affairs (p. 119).

Decisions regarding the social scholarship can be collected from the dean's office room 119.
