Fees for repetition of classes
The calculations of fees for repeating classes, failed in 24L and earlier semesters, have appeared, in the individual accounts at USOS system, in the "pending balance PLN" column. The payment is due by December 9, 2024.
Schedule of activities
- Submitting appeals and applications for a reduction of the fee until November 25, 2024, exclusively via e-Applications in USOSweb, as the so-called General Application.
- Decisions regarding appeals and applications for a reduction of the fee until December 2, 2024.
- Final payment deadline by December 9, 2024.
What was the fee charged for?
The fee for repeating classes was charged for classes you failed in 24L and previous semesters, and you are retaking them in semester 24Z. The exception here are PE and foreign language classes, for which we charge a fee for repetition regardless of the sport discipline or language you are registered for - because they can be counted interchangeably, e.g. yoga instead of boxing or Italian instead of French.

What should you do if you disagree with the amount of the fee?
- If you believe that your fee was charged unjustifiably, because, for example, in semester 24Z you do not repeat the subject for which the fee was charged, then by November 25, 2024 you must submit an appeal or an application for a reduction of this fee. (only via e-Podania in USOSweb, as a so-called General Application)
What should you do if you apply for a reduction of the fee due to partial crediting of some forms of classes?
In the case of applying for a fee reduction due to passing specific forms of classes (lecture/laboratory/project/exercises), you must complete an application, the form of which is available at the link:

On this application, in the appropriate field, it is absolutely necessary to obtain confirmation from the Instructor or Subject Coordinator regarding the actual recognition of the passed form of classes in the current semester 24Z. A scan of such a complete application should be placed as an attachment in the e-Payment.
When and how to pay?
Payments can be made by bank transfer to your individual account, the number of which is visible in USOS, at any time before the final deadline, i.e. 09.12.2024. Payments made earlier are not "lost" in any case, but will be visible on the student's individual account only from 09.12.2024.
