§ 11.

Completion of a semester of study

  1. A student shall be required to complete successfully each successive semester of study.
  2. In order to complete successfully a semester, a student shall be required to: have completed successfully all the compulsory courses for a given field of study and specialisation area which are included in the schedule for the semester;
  3. have accumulated since the beginning of his or her studies a total number of credits which is equal at least to the product of the number 30 and the number of the semester to be completed, if the student is enrolled on a full-time programme, or a proportionally smaller number of credits as determined by the overall study schedule, if the student is enrolled on a part-time programme.
  4. The completion of a semester of study shall be certified and entered in the student record book on the registration date. A student shall be required to submit to the Dean by this date his or her student record book with entries concerning the completion of courses.
  5. The completion of a year of study shall be understood as the completion of two successive semesters: an even-numbered and odd-numbered semester.
