Enrolment procedure for courses carried out in the summer semester of 2024/2025
Enrolment requests can be made by students on the following dates:
from January 23, 2025 (Thursday) – from 6:50 p.m.
until February 9, 2025 (Sunday) – until 11:59 p.m.
On the other hand, enrolment for courses will take place in six rounds from February 14 to February 21, 2025.
The Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology handles the following registrations:

Submitting a request for enrolment applies to the entire course (and not to specific groups within it). Enrolment in a specific class group takes place automatically during enrolment for courses.
In the summer semester 2025L, enrolment for courses (consideration of enrolment requests) will take place – always between 2:50 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
– on the following days:
14 February 2025 (Friday) – first round of registration
17 February 2025 (Monday) – second round of registration
18 February 2025 (Tuesday) – third round of registration
19 February 2025 (Wednesday) – fourth round of registration
20 February 2025 (Thursday) – fifth round of registration
21 February 2025 (Friday) – sixth (last) round of registration
After each round of enrolment, students may submit new enrolment requests (for vacancies) on the USOS-web portal according to the schedule below:

from February 14, 6:50 p.m. to February 17, 2:00 p.m.
from February 17, 6:50 p.m. to February 18, 2:00 p.m.
from February 19, 06:50 to February 19, 14:00
from February 20, 6:50 a.m. to February 20, 2:00 p.m.
from February 21, 06:50 to February 21, 14:00
Note!
All students will be able to submit a request for withdrawal of a course via an electronic application in their account in USOS-web (tab For Students – ePW application - 103X-NAU-EXTRACT -- Request to withdraw from a course outside the permitted period)
The indicated application for withdrawal and an application for enrolment outside the permitted period can be submitted until 27 February 2025 at the latest.
Corrections of student assignment to class groups in the USOS-web portal
Starting from the third round, after each round of enrolment, course coordinators can move students between classes on the USOS-web portal from 6:50 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. the next day (enrollment for courses always takes place between 2:50 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.). However, after the last (sixth) round of registration, the transfer of students between classes is possible until the end of the semester.
Transfers of students between class groups can be made by course coordinators directly in the USOS-web portal, and the effects of these actions are immediately visible for students.
