Arrangements Concerning Registration for Courses in the Summer Semester 2025/2026
Students' applications to register for courses taking place in the summer semester 2026L must be submitted via the USOS-web »»
The Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology processes the following registrations:
- EITI-( Courses )---2026L
- EITI-MCHTR-( Obligatory courses )-Biomedical engineering-M.Sc.-2026L
- EITI-MCHTR-( Obligatory courses )-Biomedical engineering-B.Sc.-2026L
- EITI-MCHTR-( Elective courses )-Biomedical engineering-B.Sc.-2026L
Requests to register can be submitted by students in the following period:
- from January 26, 2026 (Wednesday) – 6:50 PM
- to February 10, 2026 (Tuesday) – 11:59 PM
Although the actual registration for courses will take place in five rounds from February 18 to February 24, 2026.
Please note that submitting an application to register for a course applies to the entire course (not specific classes within it). Registration to a specific class group occurs automatically during the course registration. Registration based on student-submitted course applications will be handled by a member of the Dean's Office according to the following schedule:
- February 18, 2026 (Wednesday) – 2:50 PM to 6:00 PM – First round of registration
- February 19, 2026 (Thursday) – 2:50 PM to 6:00 PM – Second round of registration
- February 20, 2026 (Friday) – 2:50 PM to 6:00 PM – Third round of registration
- February 23, 2026 (Monday) – 2:50 PM to 6:00 PM – Fourth round of registration
- February 24, 2026 (Tuesday) – 2:50 PM to 6:00 PM – Fifth (last) round of registration
After each round of registration, students can submit new applications for vacancies on the USOS-web portal four-fold according to the following schedule:
- from February 18, 6:50 PM to February 19, 2:00 PM (submitting new applications or dropping courses student is registered for)
- from February 19, 6:50 PM to February 20, 2:00 PM (submitting new applications or dropping courses student is registered for)
- from February 22, 6:50 AM to February 23, 2:00 PM (only submitting new applications)
- from February 24, 6:50 AM to February 24, 2:00 PM (only submitting new applications)
Please note that during course registration period, the course registration status should only be checked in the CART tab on the USOS-web. If the status shows "You've applied for this course" it means you are not yet registered for the course. The correct status is "You are registered".
Note!
- Withdrawal from a course – after the first and second round of registration, students can withdraw from courses themselves via the USOS web portal, even if their applications have been approved. However, starting from the third round, registration for a course is binding on the student, and withdrawal from a course requires submitting an application to the Vice-Dean for Academic Affairs and is contingent on his approval. Applications are submitted exclusively via electronic submissions in your USOS-web account ("Student's Section" tab – Application ePW - 103X-NAU-WYPIS -- Request to unregister from a course outside the period allowed) – the application form will be launched after the third round of registration, i.e. February 20th, 6:50 PM
- Registration for a course – after the last round of registration, registration for a course requires submitting an application to the Vice-Dean for Academic Affairs and is contingent on his approval exclusively via electronic submissions in your USOS-web account ("Student's Section" tab – Application ePW - 103X-NAU-ZAPIS -- Request to register for a course out of the period allowed or beyond the limit) – the application will be launched after the last round of registration, i.e. February 24th, 6:50 PM

Requests to unregister from a course and requests to register for a course out of the period allowed or beyond the limit – can be submitted no later than March 3, 2026. |
Adjustments to student class group assignments in the USOS-web portal
Starting with the fourth round, after each registration round, course coordinators can move students between class groups in the USOS-web portal according to the following schedule:
- from February 20, 6:50 PM to February 22, 6:00 AM
- from February 23, 6:50 PM to February 24, 6:00 AM
- from February 24, 6:50 PM to June 16, 2026, 11:59 PM (till the end of the semester)
The effects of student transfers between class groups in the USOS-web portal are immediately visible to students.
